Training sessions take place at the Calgary and Edmonton Velodrome centers, where athletes hone technique, power, and tactical awareness in a structured, high-performance environment.

Road Rides and Cycling Training

At RISE 8, our road cycling sessions are designed to challenge, motivate, and empower athletes to push their limits in real-world conditions.
We match each cyclist with a coach who tailors training to their goals — from endurance and power development to tactical execution on the road. Sessions are scheduled throughout Calgary and surrounding routes, integrating seamlessly with each athlete’s existing program, school, and life commitments.
